Today's WOD: Ang & Mary - Team WOD
1 RFT:
100 x Push Ups
100 x Sit Ups
100 x Squats
100 x KB Swings (20#)
Team WOD - Both teammembers can work at the same time ... it doesn't matter how you split up the reps or what order!
