Clean & Jerk - The bar must be lifted from the ground to over head with a clean grip. In the overhead position, the hips must be fully open and arms extended so at least part of the ear is exposed in front of the arm.
Handstand Push Ups - At the bottom of the rep the head will make contact with the floor. At the top of the movement the arms will be fully extended and the feet will be in contact with the wall. Hand width will be no wider than your barbell press grip. This will be measured and marked on the floor at your station.
