What is CrossFit?

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

Tuesday 03/31/09 ... 100 DAY BURPEE CHALLENGE ENDS TONIGHT!!!

For those of you who remain on track to finish this challenge ... Congratulations! It's a feat that I assure you not many have completed. Steve and Laura ... you deserve a great deal of credit today! Everyday, I enjoy hearing about how you grind out the burpees together ... to do something like this together is inspiring to see!

I'd also like to apologize! I will not finish this challenge today. Reasons are not important, but know it wasn't due to mental weakness. This challenge will come back and I'll finish along side you all.
