The beauty of CrossFit is that it's for everyone! You can scale your WOD's until you can complete them as Rx'd. Reduce rounds, weight, reps within the workout ... as long as you GO HARD!!! Finish the workout ... as heard on the CrossFit Documentary, "The repercussions of not finishing a CrossFit workout is your own personal shame!" ... AWESOME QUOTE!!!!
