


Tonight was the first day of Jonesy's CrossFit sessions. Incredible!!!
To be brief, he spoke about the start of CrossFit, how it's grown since 2001, and the reason it's caught on like wild fire ... (hint: it's not a fad). Afterwards, we spoke in detail on the functional movements of the the air squat, push up, sit up and arch rocks. All followed by the WOD (Workout Of the Day).
Warm Up: 3 Rds
10 Push Ups
10 Squats
10 Arch Rocks
WOD: 3 Rds
Run 400 M
21 Sit Ups
15 Squats
9 Burpees
Time: 11:45
After recovering from the WOD and the 0 degree weather, Jonesy and I did some ring work ... friggin' kicked my a$$!
