If you couple a few of days off for Christmas and a brutal WOD like "Cindy-Grace", it normally equals soreness (especially when you get a OPR by 2:05). I never expected this though ... WOW!!! Regardless we push on because that's what we do in CrossFit.
If there's one thing you take away from CrossFit, it's to "check your ego at the door". That is for those muscle heads who look down at you and snicker when watching you struggle on finishing out 100 push ups after 100 pull ups & also those individuals who walk in thinking they can't do 100 push ups. Check your ego at the door, because you can do this. Your body is a wonderful thing ... it's capable of so much more. Your mind just gets in it's way!
