What is CrossFit?

I'm trying video myself more because there's no better way to focus on form than to video yourself. I'm trying to better my technique to become more strong in the lifts that I struggle in ... open to critism!

This was the most weight I've done in an OHS within a WOD and I've never picked up a sandbag before (AWKWARD)! Can anyone give me some advice on OHS technique? Thanks!

Your OHS look good. You are strong with the weight overhead at the bottom of a deep squat. Was that WOD as leg heavy you looked? You were looking shaky on your last sb carry!

On another 'critical' note. Don't get lazy as you get tired. Every dl is a chance to practice a perfect one. As you fatigue, if you let yourself get lazy and your back to round when you are tired, that is when you'll get hurt. Keep that back flat!
