Today's WOD: Team WOD As RX'd
"HIT THE DECK"
Spades - Push Ups
Clubs - Squats
Diamonds - Sit Ups
Hearts - Lunges
Facecards = 1 Burpee
In groups of 2 or more athletes, each team will have their own deck of cards (toss Jokers out). Time starts and each team will flip over the first card of their deck. The suit of that card will tell the team which exercise to do and # will give the # of reps to complete. ALL teammembers must finish the reps/exercise before the team can flip the next card. Ex: Chad, Don & Ang (Team 1) flips a "9 of Diamonds", all three must do 9 Sit Ups. Once the last individual does his/her 9th sit up, then they flip the next card. Time stops when last teammember completes the last rep of the last card in the deck. Total of 232 Reps!
