Run 800 Meters
20 x Alternating One Arm DB Snatches (M:25# W:15#)
20 x DB Clean (M:35's W:25's)
100 x Decline Sit Ups
20 x DB Clean (M:35's W:25's)
20 x Alternating One Arm DB Snatches (M:25# W:15#)
Run 800 Meters
Alternating One Arm Snatches = from ground to overhead squat position and stand up with full hip extension at top. Alternate arms as you wish but get 10 each arm for the full 20 reps.
DB Cleans = from ground to squat position and stand up with full hip extension at top.
Focus on Form, if you don't, you could fuck something up real bad ...
