Missed a few days ... a week ... yes, Keith George, I'm talking about you!!! Here's a WOD to get caught up! With a running clock, do 1 burpee the first minute, 2 burpees the second minute, 3 burpees in the third minute, so on so forth until you cannot complete the number of burpees in the given 60 seconds. This is a good WOD to help get caught up!

10 x Push Ups
15 x Squats

17 Rounds + 5 Pull Ups + 4 Push Ups ... Improved 2 rounds since last time in June 08. Push Ups are my nemesis!!!
